What is included when I purchase a bouquet?
All bouquets will include a complimentary gift bag as well as a gift card.
Where is the venue for self collection?
In line with MRT regulations, we’ve decided to stop all meetups at the MRT Station.
All pickups will now be by appointment only, between 10am to 10pm daily, at postal code S150083 (a ~5-minute walk from Redhill MRT).
The nearest bus stop is Blk 78 Redhill Lane, serviced by buses 32, 33, 63, 63A, 64, 120, 132, and 145.
When will I be contacted for the collection time of my bouquet?
We will reach out to you via Instagram DM, or via WhatsApp if we’re unable to reach you on Instagram 1 day before your order fulfilment date to arrange a suitable collection time.
What if I've confirmed the meetup timing but can't make it on that day?
If you're unable to make it for a confirmed meet-up timing, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance so we can reschedule accordingly. We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute changes may affect our delivery schedules.
A $10 fee will apply to clients who miss their scheduled collection. We will contact the buyer to arrange a second meet-up; however, if no arrangement is made or if the buyer misses the collection twice, the order will be considered forfeited and released back into our inventory without a refund.
How do I order a customised bouquet?
To order a customized item, simply send us a DM on Instagram with your budget, preferred color themes, any specific flowers you’d like, and any special instructions. We’ll work closely with you to bring your vision to life! Once everything is confirmed, we’ll provide an order quote and timeline.
Alternatively, you may customize your own bouquet without needing to DM us by carting out on the flowers you like as well as the "wrapping paper color selection" item.
Can I have my order refunded?
As all items are handmade to order, orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started. However, if you realize that an order was placed incorrectly and we have not started making it, we will be able to process an order cancellation for you.
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery fee is $18 islandwide for orders above $30, available Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 8pm.
Exceptions apply to certain locations, including Airport, Jurong Island, Military Camps, Sentosa, Tuas Area (Gul Circle, Tuas Crescent, Tuas Link, and Tuas West Road), and University Halls.
Delivery fees may increase during peak seasons.
Free Delivery for orders $120 and above. (Valid for single locations only)
For deliveries to offices, condominiums, or other gated properties, please inform the security office in advance. If the delivery is rejected by security, a redelivery fee of $18 will apply and must be borne by the buyer.
