Please note that while the arrangement is fixed, the flower colors are customizable. Simply drop us a DM on Instagram with your order number and preferred color choice. If any flowers in the bouquet are out of stock, we will contact you via Instagram to arrange for a suitable replacement.
Delivery and Pickup Details
Free of charge delivery is available daily for orders above $40. Schedule is as follows:
- Weekdays: From 4 PM to 9 PM
- Weekends: From 10AM to 8 PM
- For orders below $40, an additional $18 will apply.
All pickups will be by appointment only, at postal code S150083 (Nearest MRT - Redhill MRT). For directions, do look at our highlights.
All pickup slots have a 15-minute waiting time. Once this window has passed, a $10 fee will apply to reschedule the next meetup, even if it's on the same day. Two no-shows will result in the order being forfeited with no refunds.
Notes
We strive to ensure all bouquets closely match the one pictured. However, as our yarns are mixed in batches, slight color variations may occur.
In the rare event that a specific flower shown is unavailable, we’ll contact you via Instagram, so please remember to leave your Instagram handle.
